I'm an entrepreneur building a portfolio of impact-driven real estate development projects in NY.  I also work with PropTech companies charting their growth and landowners searching for creative development planning. 

 

After starting my career in DC commercial real estate development, I founded a PropTech company that gave real estate stakeholders comprehensive location info at the click of a 3D map.  Then I led the re-launch of NYC's residential MLS before returning to development, this time heading analytics for a CRE investment fund.  After getting to use some start of the art tech, I began working with location intelligence startups on product, strategy, business development and partnerships.  I advise and have made angel investments in PropTech companies and am on the faculty at NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, teaching CRE Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
